The Office of Research and Innovation provides access to the Pivot-Research Professional (RP) funding opportunity database.
This large, comprehensive funding database is available to all UC San Diego affiliates: faculty, staff, and students. Use your AD credentials to log in, claim your profile, and start searching!

How To Claim Your Pivot Profile
- Go to Pivot-RP: pivot.proquest.com.
- Click Using my institution’s credentials → Use login from my institution.
- In the institution list, select University of California San Diego.
- You’ll be redirected to UC San Diego Single Sign-On—enter your Active Directory (campus) username and password and complete Duo if prompted.
